I was Broke and Broken 

My healing journey had to start 

I started therapy at thirteen years old. Ive been to the seminars and workshops. I have spent the money on coaches and therapists… I still do…

I never leave home without them. I realized a while ago that if there has been anyone willing to do the work it was me. But I remember just over five years ago I was tired.

I was tired because I felt like I had broken parental relationships, a business that was draining me and a plan for my life that felt inauthentic.

I was broke and broken. I had moments of sadness because I thought the world, the universe, God… whatever we want to call that special magical force, was failing me. I didn’t want to give up but I was exhausted.

I was fatigued physically and spiritually. Now I know my soul needed rest and I was not providing it.

I had to ask myself, “what was the work?”, “How do I heal?”, “how much more ownership can I take before it’s enough?”,

“What is it about my mind that needs to be restructured?”, “what other books do I need to read?”...

It’s Not Overnight, It’s One Intention at a Time

It’s the Journey of Becoming

Sis, I wish I could tell you that I went to sleep one night and woke up to all the answers downloaded into my mind but that’s not true.

It was one intention at a time, one moment of clarity at a time, a community of safe spaces and the right people beside and behind me as I rose to my next level.

The “new me” is a constant journey of becoming. It was a series of tough choices and clear boundaries.

It has and still is a responsibility that I have to myself to treat me with the utmost respect and honor so that the rest of the world energetically does the same. 

Believe me, treating myself better, choosing me over everyone daily was not easy. I’m going to repeat this, choosing you is not easy. But it’s necessary.

It’s the only way to a full, actualized life. Have you had moments where you felt like you had nothing left to give but had to figure it out anyone?

Have you had people in your life that you weren’t quite sure had your best interest at heart, even if they didn’t mean to be malicious, sometimes they were?

Or maybe, there have been times when you put yourself, your goals, your intentions, your future on pause because of loyalties and the way your supposed to show up for people you love?

I was all of those things. In my world, what I thought was loyalty was actually self-sacrifice. What I thought was “just the way life is” or maybe even a “good life” was a life filled with trauma that I had to heal.

The times of me not reaching my goals and intentions were even moments of me taking on others fears; sometimes, many times they weren’t even my own. 

But then I created my own community. I created my safe spaces. I kept on seeking clarity and living on purpose. I crafted habits that kept me happy and invigorated.

Believe me, it was and still is a daily decision but it’s one that I learned to step into powerfully.

The one thing that I wish I had sooner rather than later was a collective, a sisterhood that could whisper to me “Sis, I see you, I was you”.

That is why we are here right now. This isn’t a coincidence. You didn’t find me by accident. Our paths crossed for a purpose.

I’m here to be that person that journey’s with you. It’s time to manifest the life of your dreams on purpose! As we journey together, we will create clarity around your purpose and craft a plan so that daily you are living in your gifting.

There is a community and a safe space that you will release the moments in life that you allowed to hold you back in the past and we will use it to create the winning version of yourself.

We will set out to build your legacy plan so that what you create lives on forever. But most importantly, I will journey with you as you create the freeest version of yourself.

The woman that doesn’t make fear based decisions but abundantly living decisions. She knows herself fully and does what makes her happy, not what the world tells her should make her full.

She knows her values and operates in them daily. She lives in excellence because she is love. She has forgiven and opened up capacity to create.
